Courses for New Beginning Agents Georgia Salespersons Pre-License Online or CD-ROM This course will meet the requirements set by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for prospective licensees. It is designed to help you maximize your study time and retain the most important information for exam day. Georgia Broker
Pre-License Online or CD-ROM This course is for the licensee interested in opening a brokerage office, or developing management skills necessary to operate a real estate office. It is designed to refresh a licensee's knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate, by reviewing the salesperson's prelicense course, then developing management skills with additional lessons on office operations, broker responsibilities, financial management, and government regulations. Advanced Topics for New Agents - Post-Licenses Online or CD-ROM This Sales Post-License course presents topics that new agent will find helpful in working with clients. The course includes sections on property management, BRRETA (Agency Discloser Laws), and contemporary issues in the area of consensual dual agency. A thorough discussion of the tax implications and benefits for home ownership is presented; including requires record keeping, and an introduction to the subject of tax-free exchanges. Finance and Settlement Procedures - Post-License Online or CD-ROM Everything from security instruments to the foreclosure process is covered in this Post-License course. Students will have an understanding of primary and secondary mortgage markets, sources of funds, and the process of qualifying for and obtaining real estate loans. All of the procedures involved in settlement, along with practical exercises in real estate math are included. |
